The T.A.R.C. was established in 1997 to meet the needs of horse riders over the age of 18 years in the Canberra region. The aims of the club are to improve the riding skills of adult members, to provide opportunities for recreational riding, to increase members’ knowledge and understanding of equestrian issues and to offer members the opportunity to participate in social activities. Some of the activities that the club holds are trail rides, training days, information sessions and competitions. The club welcomes riders of all standards.
